THREE IDEAS TO DEAL WITH GETTING COLD FEET ON THE D-DAY – SOUMYA JAIN

Cold Feet or pre-wedding jitters are normal for every bride-to-be. As the big day gets closer, anything can freak you out. The best way to deal with cold feet is to soak them in warm water. Just kidding! (laughs)

Here are three ways of getting over the chills from the wedding madness –

1. Think of the future you have planned with your to-be partner. Picture your life together and all the adventures, moments, experiences you will share together, especially the honeymoon. These thoughts will instantly shake you off the jitters.

2. Think of all the reasons why you love your partner. Think of all the qualities that attract you to him and make you smile. Think of the fact that you’re going to be welcomed in a whole new family. All of this will boost your mood and make you look forward to what’s on cards.

3. Last but not the least, you must pamper yourself and relax during all the hustle of the wedding planning. Take a spa day and unwind. There’s nothing like self-care!
